Team Falcons coach praised Tormentor's changes in patch 7.38 for Dota 2

Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling believes that Tormentor started bringing in a lot of gold after the release of patch 7.38 for Dota 2. However, he also thinks that its importance is a bit overrated, as in the match against Heroic his team took Tormentor twice, but the opponents still had a networth lead.

The Team Falcons coach shared a relevant opinion on Twitch.

“He gives too much gold, to be honest. Although in the match against Heroic, we took Tormentor twice, but they still came out ahead on networth. I think he's a bit overrated, but he's still too useful right now.”

Patch 7.38 was released on February 19, the last day of DreamLeague Season 25's first group stage. The update not only significantly changed the balance of the meta, but also added new mechanics to Dota 2, as well as changes to the map, due to which teams had to adapt to the changes in the meta on the fly.
