Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu, the captain of
Team Falcons, spoke about the fatigue affecting players who have been competing and training continuously without breaks, which might impact performance and relationships within the roster.
He discussed this during an interview at DreamLeague Season 24.
"For me, this period has definitely been tough, and DreamLeague Season 24 has been no exception. I think it’s because we’ve been going for a month and a half without any rest—bootcamps, competitions, all without breaks. We didn’t take any time off since PGL Wallachia Season 2. And yes, the team is beginning to burn out, and I think we’re getting on each other’s nerves more. It’s possible we might burn out soon, and it could affect our team dynamics and results"
The esports player highlighted that the team hasn’t had a break since PGL Wallachia Season 2, which has started to lead to burnout. He warned that this fatigue might soon affect their results, and conflicts may arise within the roster. It’s possible that Sneyking hinted the team might take a break and skip several tournaments, or that individual players could do so.
Another team member, Oliver "Skiter" Lepko, has also hinted that a few players might take a break.
