Team Aster players test positive for COVID-19

The Chinese organization Team Aster announced that three players and two Dota 2 team members tested positive for COVID-19.

The virus was found in Du «Monet» Peng, Lin «Xxs» Jing, and Ye «Borax» Zhibiao, assistant coach Cheng «Mad» Han and content manager.

Team Aster support Zhang «LaNm» Zhicheng criticized the organizers of The International 10. He said that the team members had to provide themselves with food and everything they needed, putting themselves at risk of infection. At the moment, in the country of TI10, Romania, an increase in the incidence has been registered. Later, LaNm deleted all messages and a photo of assistant coach Mad.

Aster notified the rest of the Chinese teams about the situation as they were in the same hotel. Fortunately, all Vici Gaming, PSG.LGD, Invictus Gaming and Elephant players tested negative for coronavirus.

Team Aster will play from their hotel rooms at The International 10 group stage.

The International 10 will be held in Bucharest, Romania on October 7-17 at the Arena Nationala football stadium
