“Donk is a true phenomenon. I’d call him a natural freak. People tend to have negative associations with that term, though I mean it in the very best sense.

I was scrolling through my feed and came across a short video by Flom analyzing just how smooth his movements are. His movement and aim from the side look so effortless and natural. It’s simply impossible to catch him off guard. It’s, damn it, really beautiful.

But for me personally, the main takeaway isn’t that an entire era is being built around Donk, that he has a ton of awards, and that in a couple of years he’ll most likely become the greatest player in CS history. The main point is something else: Spirit, as a team, is starting to play a more systematic and cohesive brand of CS. It’s no longer a one-man show. The team as a whole has started to look much more balanced.”
