Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu stated that every
Team Falcons player is giving it their all at the 2026 Esports World Cup, as the team members understand that any tournament could be their last.
The
Team Falcons captain made this statement on Twitch.
“Everyone understands that any tournament could be the last one you play with the team. You never know when you’ll start losing your form, so we try to give it our all. I approach every tournament as if it might be my last.”
According to Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu, although
Team Falcons has been playing with the same roster for a long time, the team is likely considering the possibility of making substitutions if any player experiences gameplay issues. The
Team Falcons captain also stated that qualifying for the EWC playoffs is currently the team’s main goal.
“There’s no point in dwelling too much on the past or the future—we need to stay in the present. Right now, we’re just taking it one game at a time. Our main goal is to make the playoffs, preferably by finishing first in our group. If that doesn’t work out, we’ll fight our way through the play-in stage. The main thing is to take it one step at a time.”
As a reminder, Quinn “Quinn” Callahan previously commented on the replacement of Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak on
Team Falcons’ roster for BLAST Slam 7.
