Skiter explains why Team Falcons dont change their roster

Oliver "skiter" Lepko said that Team Falcons dont make roster changes, because they try to keep professional players and work on problems instead of just replacing people.

He said this in an interview with RDY.GG

"We won a lot - this helps to keep players. Also we have veterans of the pro scene. So when some problems appear, both in game and outside of it we try to act like adults and fix them, not go the easy way by changing players. The mix of experience and wins helps to keep the roster"

According to him many teams choose the simple way and make changes when problems appear, but in Team Falcons it works different. Skiter explained that the club works through issues and solves them, which allows them to avoid reshuffles.

In his opinion this is the right approach, which helps to keep players even when results are not the best. The esports player believes that this careful attitude to the roster is one of the secrets of the teams success in Dota 2.
