Attendees of the event voiced complaints about the sound being too loud, making it difficult to hear the commentators. Equally problematic for spectators in the higher stands was the frequent direction of projector lights, which blinded Dota 2 enthusiasts and hindered their ability to watch the matches. Some also complained about the arena being too cold at the Climate Pledge Arena.
