Alexander “Rue” Filin,
Team Spirit support, said that it was not too successful drafts that caused his team's defeat at BLAST Slam 3.
The cyber athlete said this in a new statement on the club's Telegram channel.
“Finished our first game day at BLAST Slam 3. It was not very successful. We lost the first game with Gladiators. It wasn't a very successful lastpick. Morphling covered us a bit there.
The second game we played with Aurora. We won, it was pretty easy, good draft picks, legitimate finish. Against Falcons too, I think we had a good chance - we got thrown in the game ourselves, we made some bad plays.
The last one was against PARIVISION. We also lost. I think it's probably a combination of things: the fact that we could have drafted better, and played better”
Rue said that
Team Spirit had a great chance to win all of their matches, but were let down by the draft. The pro-player also admitted that there were some mistakes, and the team lost a couple of cards because of bad decisions.
Earlier, Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk was named
Team Spirit main problem.
