RodjER revealed who is responsible for Team Spirit's success, and it's not Yatoro

Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosyan stated that Team Spirit achieved success and became one of the best Dota 2 teams thanks to their manager, Dmitry "korb3n" Belov.

The esports player shared his opinion during an interview with HardBass TV, published on YouTube.

"Korb3n not only understands Dota but also the discipline itself. He's a Dota player himself and understands how Dota players think. He knows how to find an approach to them. But when professionals from other fields come and start pushing their information, some young 17-year-old kid looks at it and says: 'What are we even doing here? Give me a mouse, I'll go queue for a match'"

RodjER specified that korb3n found the right approach to the players and assembled a powerful roster, which led the team to success. He also mentioned that thanks to having a manager like korb3n, other teams, while trying to replicate their success, are unlikely to succeed.

"It's all about the approach. When you present information correctly, it is well-received. If the person themselves is not interested, it doesn't work. Korb3n put together a team that later joined the club. Initially, it was a mix of players led by korb3n and coach Silent. They started performing well, found an organization, and 'exploded,' so to speak"
