Vladimir "RodjER" Nikogosyan admitted that he currently doesn't plan to return to the Dota 2 pro scene, as top-tier teams allegedly aren't considering him, and he doesn't want to grind MMR like Edgar "9Class" Naltakyan or Ivan "OneJey" Zhivitsky.

The pro player shared this during a stream on Twitch.

"I’m not planning to return for now. I just want to stream. No, no, no, nobody’s even considering me for that. Guys, ever since I went to Moscow to cast The International, I kind of stopped playing Dota and realized that I feel pretty good. It’s more fun to just play pubs. I don’t want to play in tier-2 or tier-3 teams. I just don’t feel like it. And the tier-1 guys won’t consider me. Grinding MMR to 14k like 9Class and OneJey is not something I want to do. That’s way too much ***. So, for now, I’ll just stream and see what happens. If something changes, and I decide to grind to join a team, I’ll push for it. But for now, there’s no reason to"

RodjER emphasized that for now, he will focus on streaming since he doesn’t want to play in tier-3 teams, and tier-1 teams aren't considering him. He noted that the situation might change if he grinded to 14,000 MMR like 9Class and OneJey, but he isn’t interested in doing that.

However, the player doesn’t rule out the possibility of being invited to a suitable team, and if that happens, he would switch his focus from streaming and start preparing intensely for competitive play.

It’s worth noting that earlier, Roman "Resolut1on" Fominok announced his return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
