Vladimir «RodjER» Nikogosyan - FlyToMoon stand-in spoke in an interview about HellRaisers, Virtus.pro, and spoke about the prospects of the B8 Esports roster.
On April 16, Vladimir left the HellRaisers roster where he had been playing since March 2020. Disagreements in the team and low motivation were the main reasons for leaving the team:
We played a lot of tournaments: somewhere the ideas ran out, somewhere there were disagreements, the motivation dropped. And this all influenced the atmosphere in the team. There are a lot of factors: we spent a lot of time at the bootcamp, everyone was tired of each other, lack of game ideas.
Nikogosyan also said that the very attitude of the team depends on the relationship between the teammates. Because of this, he was very comfortable in Virtus.pro:
It depends on the attitude of the team, the relationship to all this. Over time, we entered the booth as if it were our home. We asked to put a hookah for ourselves. Everything is exclusively in the head and in a personal relationship to the matter.
