Valve has finally released Ringmaster in Dota 2: all abilities of the new hero

Valve has finally introduced the new hero Ringmaster to Dota 2, which has significantly altered the game meta and allows for unusual hero combinations in matchmaking.

For almost a year, I've existed only as words, spoken in barely audible whispers, remaining unseen—like a shadow behind the purple curtain. But now, after (what I consider an indecently long) pause, the fools in charge of this circus have finally allowed me to grace you with my magnificence, and here I humbly take my place in the spotlight! It is I, Cogliostro Kettle, maestro of torment! The dark herald of the damned! The one and only Ringmaster! And I have a few tricks up my sleeve!”

Abilities of Ringmaster:

Ringmaster is focused on battlefield control, making him an ideal support hero. However, he can also shine in the mid lane and even as a carry. The hero quickly became a fan favorite and is now the most picked character in Dota 2 matchmaking following the game's latest update.

Aspect: Dark Carnival Barker

The hero receives a random carnival souvenir—a unique one-time consumable—each time an enemy hero dies within a 925 radius. If the hero already has an unused souvenir, new ones continue to accumulate as charges of the ability. If the hero has no souvenirs upon respawning, they will automatically receive one.

Tame the Beasts (CHANNELING) — The hero winds up a whip, then strikes a targeted area. Enemies in the area take damage and flee in fear from the ability’s owner. The longer the wind-up, the greater the damage and duration of fear, but the smaller the strike radius. Maximum wind-up duration: 1 sec.

Escape Act — Temporarily places the hero or an allied hero inside a mobile extradimensional box, allowing the target to pass through units and increasing their movement speed, magic resistance, and resistance to slows. Additionally, the hero inside the box cannot be targeted but also cannot attack, cast spells, or use items. The box will open prematurely if it moves more than 500 units away from its creation point.

Impalement Arts — The hero throws one of their daggers in a chosen direction. Upon hitting an enemy, the dagger briefly slows them, deals initial damage, and causes bleeding. The bleeding inflicts damage each second based on the victim's maximum health if it’s a hero, or fixed damage if it’s a creep.

Ultimate Ability: Wheel of Wonder — The hero sends a Wheel of Wonder to the targeted point, knocking back enemies in its path. Upon reaching its destination, the wheel deals damage to all enemies around and slows them by -50%. The wheel mesmerizes and attracts enemy heroes who look at it for more than 0.5 seconds. Once it mesmerizes at least one victim, a detonation timer is activated, dealing damage in an area upon explosion. If the wheel doesn’t mesmerize anyone within 8 seconds, it will explode automatically.

Souvenirs:

Funhouse Mirror — Creates 1 illusion of the owner, lasting for 18 seconds. The illusion takes 300% damage and deals 28% of the owner's damage.

Strongman Tonic — Temporarily increases the strength of a chosen allied hero by 5 + 1.5 per level of the owner. The maximum effect lasts for 4 seconds and then gradually fades until it disappears completely 8 seconds after activation.

Whoopee Cushion — Propels the owner forward by 400 units and leaves behind a smelly cloud with a 200 radius for 3 seconds, which slows enemies by -30%.

It’s worth mentioning that Ringmaster has set a historical record in Dota 2, surpassing Muerta, who held this title for a long time.
