John Nathan 'johnxfire' Fernandez believes that
BetBoom Team needs to work on the psychological preparation of the team, as it is currently the weak point of the cyber sports club.
The corresponding opinion was shared by the caster in an interview with Dota2 Publishing.
“The curse is truly broken - if only on the basis that they did win! Whether this momentum will continue from here on out, who knows. At ESL One Bangkok 2024, the team showed that kiyotaka is capable of playing at the level needed to win, although they fell just a little short. I think BB Team still needs to work on their mental preparation; it seems to be their main weakness at the moment.”
At BLAST Slam I, the
BetBoom Team lineup was able to win the grand finals of a dash-1 tournament for the first time in the history of the eSports club. Fans were expecting the team to repeat their success at ESL One Bangkok 2024, where the squad successfully reached the final of the top playoff bracket before leaving the tournament in third place, losing slots in the deciding series to
PARIVISION and
Team Liquid.
Recall that earlier Alexander “Nix” Levin assessed the prospects of replacing Danil “Gpk” Skutin with Gleb “Kiyotaka” Zyryanov in the
BetBoom Team.
