According to Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev, the transfer fee for the esports player was relatively small because his contract with Virtus.pro was nearing its end at the time. The player believes that Evil Geniuses simply struck a formal deal with Virtus.pro so they wouldn’t have to wait for the contract to expire.
