Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev has admitted that he was called to the
OG Dota 2 roster after the departure of Amer “Miracle-” al-Barkawi. According to the player's statement, he was called by team captain Johan “N0tail” Sundstein, but he declined the offer because he wanted to play with Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko.
The pro player shared the relevant story on Twitch.
“I was called to
OG once, but I didn't go. It was when Miracle left, I was called instead. N0tail messaged me at the time, but I declined. I wanted to play with Vovan No[o]ne.”
Amer “Miracle-” al-Barkawi left the
OG roster in 2016 before joining
Team Liquid, with whom he won The International 2017. Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev at the time played with Vladimiro “No[o]ne” Minenko as part of
Virtus.pro.
Recall that earlier Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev told how he wanted to kick out Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naydenov, captain of
Team Spirit, from
Team Empire.
