Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev said that he is unlikely to return to the Dota 2 pro scene, although he might still play at a tournament one more time.

The streamer and esports player shared this during an interview with Mrs. Marple on YouTube.

“Probably more of a full-time streamer now. There is a chance that I will still play professionally. I haven’t hung my mouse on a nail yet but I think it would be a one-time thing. Maybe I could play some qualifiers with Solo or kiyotaka. There will also be a national teams tournament, like WESG. You can move around a bit”

RAMZES666 admitted that he now considers himself more of a streamer than a pro player, though he noted that he could still play at a tournament occasionally. According to him, during his vacation he realized that he enjoys casting tournaments more than playing in them.

“I chilled on vacation and thought that I don’t really want to play Dota anymore. I feel like I’ve burned out already. Casting is fun for me, I feel better both mentally and physically”

Moreover, he stated that he now feels much better overall. The financial aspect should also not be ignored, as the former pro player previously said that he earns no less, and possibly even significantly more, than tier-1 players.
