Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev stated that he developed depression due to the need to daily contact with people he dislikes in matchmaking. According to the cybersportsman's statement, in Dota 2 each player is highly dependent on his teammates, and in ranked matches alone you can't do anything against your opponents when your teammates let you down.
The
Tundra Esports offlayer made the corresponding statement during a private Twitch broadcast.
"I'm incredibly depressed about Dota. I have to commiserate with the worst people on this planet every day. Every single day is depressing. Unfortunately, that's the way Dota works, I'm too dependent on players in any game. 1 on 9 can't do anything. I'm about to cry, I swear, I just don't have the energy for all this nonsense, I'm just tired."
The pro-player made the statement in question amid the gaming community's loud reaction to the incident during Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev's Twitch broadcast. Fans were outraged by the actions of one of the players who clearly ruined the match, calling on Valve to deal with the situation and introduce punishment for such offenders.
Earlier Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev also got into an altercation with streamer LenaGol0vach, challenging the streamer to a fist fight.
