Quinn "Quinn" Callahan believes that losing is always bad and defeats remind the team that it is important to stop making mistakes, but the cyber athlete is not sure that a string of defeats can be a good motivation.
The Gaimin Gladiators' mid expressed the relevant opinion in an exclusive vlog about their performance at ESL One Birmingham and PGL Wallachia on the team's official YouTube channel.
"I don't know if the constant defeats will be motivation for us, it really sucks, no one likes to lose. Every loss tells us we need to stop making mistakes.
I don't think the strick of defeats has more to do with it. Losing sucks. Yeah and we've been playing the same way lately, I wish we could stop losing already."
The cyber athlete also stated that he tries to do his best to win, and also believes that effective team communication is important to solve problems. Most of all, Quinn "Quinn" Callahan values communicating with teammates live, believing this format of communication to be the most effective.
Gaimin Gladiators have not won a tournament since last year's BetBoom Dacha 2023, although the team managed to take second place several times.
Earlier, captain Melchior "Seleri" Hillenkamp commented on the defeat in the grand finals of the 1win Series Dota 2 Summer tournament.
