Quinn "Quinn" Callahan, the midlaner of
Gaimin Gladiators, believes that Saahil "SumaiL" Hassan was a true phenomenon in the history of Dota 2, and his achievements are impossible to replicate.
He made this statement in an interview with Esports.GG.
"I don't think anyone will ever be able to do what SumaiL did, winning TI at 16 years old and dominating everyone in the mid lane, regardless of the matchup. I think that was an anomaly. People have already come very close to the top level of individual play in Dota, so something like that won't happen again. SumaiL was a one-time phenomenon"
According to him, the level of players in Dota 2 has fundamentally changed now. If in the past, one could carry a game based on personal skills, now it is almost impossible. Therefore, it will be nearly impossible for players to achieve what SumaiL did at the age of 16.
Recall that earlier, Eric "tOfu" Engel highlighted the uniqueness of Quinn and his immense value to
Gaimin Gladiators.
