Pure revealed the real reason behind BetBoom Team's loss at ESL One Bangkok 2024

Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko, a BetBoom Team carry player, emphasized that the major factor regarding their failure at ESL One Bangkok 2024 was the amount of emotions involved in their context, rather the game appeal.

He stated this during one of the interviews at the tournament.

“I guess we need to cut all the randomness, no need to try saving a buddy and all that, and play more tactical and rated-simply; chances are we might win. The point is, regardless of intent, there's always that one guy who wants to make a move. So one makes the move and another goes to save the first buddy. When the latter goes in, one loses something. It's best to be a virgin with a cold head. Maybe that's why we lost the game control whereas yesterday, the moosel were good in control of the game”

In his opinion, his team had likely several opportunities to win the Dota 2 tournament, but were losing the control of the game. And more so, Pure does think that the BB Team hammered down their chances of winning when they had still every opportunity to do so at PARIVISION before the defeat as they started to play more aggressively.

The player pointed out that possibly this is an excuse for the roaster and now the team will concentrate more on being more deliberate within their plans regarding next tournaments.

As a reminder, previous Team Spirit captain stated that their tournament losses meant that there would be changes in team.
