Matvey "MieRo`" Vasyunin shared this information during an interview for the YouTube channel KD ALL IN.

According to him, negotiations were conducted, but the Dota 2 legend wanted to compete at TI12 as a player rather than a coach, so the coaching role eventually went to DM.
