Coach Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin has left
PSG Quest due to the players' lack of motivation and a tense atmosphere within the team.
The esports athlete made this statement in his personal Telegram channel.
"I left/got kicked from the org.
In reality, I shouldn't have even gone to the boot camp because people played irresponsibly and didn't work. Still, I motivated and persuaded them to start working, gave my word that they would try, and so on, and in the end, it didn't happen (not to mention that a week before the qualifiers, I convinced two players to finish it and then part ways if you hate each other so much).
Everything I did was aimed at the team's result, not to mention how much knowledge, emotions, and effort I put in given the conditions I had.
Even my recent actions were only aimed at trying to improve the situation, although I could just sit, make a regular impact, and watch everything crumble."
Daxak also admitted that his coaching reputation has been tarnished by the team's poor results, but he hopes to find a team that will give him an opportunity to prove himself. The esports player considers matchmaking games as one of the ways to search for a new team. In the conclusion of the post, Nikita added that his departure should serve as a stimulus for
PSG Quest to analyze mistakes and strive for further progress, as the players possess all the necessary skills for it.
Recall that earlier Ilya "Illidan" Pivtsev harshly criticized Gleb "kiyotaka" Zyryanov during a live Twitch broadcast.
