Players found another bug in patch 7.38b for Dota 2

Players in Dota 2 have discovered a new bug after the release of patch 7.38b in the interaction between the heroes Windranger and Tidehunter.

The bug occurs when Windranger is under the effect of Dead in the Water, an ability of the hero Tidehunter. The action of the ability anchors the enemy, and when the victim tries to move away from him, reduces his movement speed to 100, despite the fact that the description of Windranger's passive innate ability clearly states that the hero's movement speed does not fall below 240.
