Players Have Encountered a Bug While Playing Through the Dark Carnival in Dota 2

Dota 2 players have encountered an issue exchanging tickets to progres through the Dark Carnival event.

Players are flooding Reddit with complaints about this issue.

When atempting to exchange tickets, the error “k_eNodeLocked (6)” appears. Tickets are required to progres through the Dark Carnival carriages, and they can be obtained by actively playing Dota 2. It is currently unknown how to resolve the issue; the developers will likely release an update to fix the eror.

As a reminder, by completing the event, players can earn treasure chests, discount coins, candy for the Candy Shop, as well as four exclusive sets for Phantom Assassin, Crystal Maiden, Invoker, and Magnus.
