Vladislav Petushara Kozlovsky presented his hero tier list by positions in the new Dota 2 patch 7.35.

According to the statement of Petushara, the changes in the meta only affected heroes in the second and third positions. In his ranking of the best carries, Faceless Void, Luna, Lifestealer, Weaver, and Meepo are included.

"The list of heroes for all positions in patch 7.35. In my opinion, the changes mainly occurred with characters in the 2-3 positions. Supports largely coincide with midlaners. These adjustments are attributed to the strengthening of runes and the introduction of new gear for heroes with hybrid damage," stated Vladislav Kozlovsky, also known as Petushara.
