Based on the results of closed and open qualifiers, was formed the final list of participants for the Upper and Lower Division of the regional league for South America.
The matches of both divisions will be held from January 18 to February 28. The first two places in the Upper Division receive slots in Major, while the first place goes directly to the playoffs of the tournament, and the second to the group stage. The Upper Division prize pool is $205,000.
Participants of OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Upper Division:

- Latam Defenders.
In the Lower Division, the first two places will receive slots in the Upper Division in the second season of the tournament. The Lower Division has a prize pool of $75,000.
