Dmitriy «DM» Dorokhin, offlaner of
PARIVISION, said that Valve should rework the Dota 2 map, adding more highgrounds, and also rethink the game economy.
The esports player told this in the club’s Telegram channel.
"I think the map needs to be reworked. Not necessarily to make it bigger, but should change the landscape, add more highgrounds. Also need to reconsider the gold formula for kills, increase the reward, so the games go faster and more spectacular"
DM emphasized that the developers dont need to make the map bigger again, but focus on landscape and highgrounds, to make farming and moving around more interesting. Also, the player thinks that the economy also need to be rechecked. According to him, the reward for frags should be increased.
It’s worth noting, that
Team Spirit’s manager also pointed out this problem, noting that Dota 2’s economy needs a rework. He reminded, that in the start of the match the gold for frags is too low, and in late stage — too much, which ruins balance.
