OG revealed the secret of their victory over Team Falcons

The key to the success of OG Critical support player, Matthew “Ari” Walker said that their win over Team Falcons was because of the timing of the match which was in the evening. Based on what he stated, had it been a morning session, maybe they would have lost.

This is after the professional video gamer admitted as much during a post-match interview conducted by Elite League.

“Most importantly we played at this time,” Ari said before elaborating more on his response. “We observed how our team tends not to play well in morning fixtures only coming alive in late games. This somewhat has to do with our sleep and energy management”

As confirmed by Ari, they beat one of the tournament favorites because of where it was held given that OG performs better during night matches. However he added that also made sure that their team trained well for this tournament hence it could partly explain these results.

During the tournament, OG became everyone’s favorite when they thrashed Team Falcons with 2:0 scores. Nevertheless, despite such a good performance, their team did not qualify to participate in playoffs as well.
