OG management stated that N0tail has complete freedom of action

Johan “n0tail” Sundstein has been given full freedom of action regarding the development of the new OG roster to lead the team to success on the Dota 2 pro scene.

This was revealed by OG CEO Daniel Sanders in an interview with GosuGamers.

“n0tail will be in charge of the team: coaching it, managing it, and building it the way he wants it to be. And that means he will be picking up young talent and returning to his philosophy of running the team in his own likeness”

It is noted that n0tail will be able to build the squad as he sees it to maximize the potential of the players. Judging by the statement of the management, the new coach can even deal with the replacement of players, if necessary.
