OB Esports x Neon will not receive a penalty for stand-in in Major

Ben «Noxville» Steenuizen tweeted that OB Esports x Neon will not lose DPC points due to the replacement of Rafael «Rapy» Sikat Polon with Jan «Deth» Woo Hyun during the ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021 Dota 2.
PGL admin confirmed a few minutes ago that they OB Esports x Neon will get no penalty for stand-ins at the event (nor any subs which were out of control of the team).
Nevertheless, Team Aster will receive a fine, as the player was unable to fly to Singapore due to personal problems.
Aster will be receiving a penalty however.
