NS told about the decisive match in the career of SumaiL

Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov told how in the first LAN tournament in the career of Saeed “SumaiL” Hassan the opponents put him under incredible pressure, killing the hero player five times in a row at the beginning of the match. The streamer believes that if the cyber athlete had not been able to show a high level of stress tolerance back then, it could have been the last match of his career.

The content maker shared a relevant story with viewers of his personal Twitch broadcast.

“My favorite example is of course SumaiL on DAC. One of the maps on Storm Spirit was playing there. And SumaiL was in Evil Geniuses back then, super tough. Who was playing against them, I don't remember, some Chinese guys. They realized that this guy had to be strangled, that he was an unreal player, and they killed him five times in the first 5-7 minutes of the game. He was 0-5, he's 15 years old, it's his first LAN. And I think if he started getting pressure from the team there, his career probably would have ended at that point. But I don't think there was any pressure on him, but that's not important. What's important is that he didn't put his hands down at all. He stood up and did the right thing.”

Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov gave a similar example when reflecting on the importance of mental health both in Dota 2 and in life in general.

“Mental health in general in life decides a lot, and in Dota including. Endless whining, any failure and you get down - it certainly never leads to anything useful.”

Saeed “SumaiL” Hassan played for Evil Geniuses from January 2015 until September 2019, after which he was listed as the team's reserve for over four more months. At the moment, the cyber athlete plays at the position of midranger in Nigma Galaxy.

Recall that earlier Rostislav “Rostislav_999” Protasenya urged Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov and Oleg “Stray228” Bocharov to stop playing Dota 2.
