NS announces Virtus.pro disbandment

Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov believes that Virtus.pro in the match against L1ga Team in the closed qualifiers for The International 2024 showed a terrible level of play on the first map, because of which it is time to announce the team's disbandment. As one of the possible reasons for the failure, the streamer emphasizes the disagreements between the members of the team.

The content maker shared his opinion with the viewers of the private Twitch broadcast, commenting on the match between the lineups.

"I have a feeling that Virtus.pro should get banned right in the course of this game. There's no point in playing the next game. I don't understand what the team is doing at all. People are just going out, watching.

I didn't understand Virtus.pro on the first map at all. From the outside, the team looks like the players are fighting. Like something happened at some point. Maybe they wanted to defeat something, and some guy sent another guy, they don't communicate anymore, and the other players got down and tilted. Everyone started doing whatever they wanted on the map. No timeplay, no ideas, no team just isn't there."

The match ended with L1ga Team winning with a score of 2 : 0. As a result, the winners advanced to the next match of the lower grid, while Virtus.pro left the qualification, losing the opportunity to get a slot at TI13. Despite the complete defeat on the first map, in the second battle Virtus.pro even managed to seize the initiative after the middle of the battle, but still the victory went to L1ga Team.
