NS talked about a unique feature of Team Spirit

Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov expressed how good Team Spirit management is. It is their management that helps the team achieve new heights in the Dota 2 professional scene.

The ex eSports competitor and streamer said this during his weekly Twitch stream.

"Most people assume Team Spirit's success stems from their roster. However, I always say that the most important thing is the leadership. Management is always the key. And by management, I don't mean just one person, but the entire group. Spirit is a sports club with one of the best managements in esports"

NS was clear that he does not only mean Dima “Korb3n” Belov when he refers to the management, according to him, this attribute has facilitated the team to having success in the Dota 2 professional scene.

“Whenever Spirit is faced with something relatively difficult, there is always a way out. Issues like someone becoming inactive arise, but Spirit always returns ultimately. After The International, everything looked terrible with Yatoro, Collapse, and Mira all going inactive. We had to use some unlikely picks. Malik even played offlane at one stage. It looked hopeless. In the end, Spirit managed to pull through and won that trophy despite all the drama in the group stage”

He has said before how people believed that the new roster went bad after The International 2024 and would not be able to maintain results, but management is who saved Team Spirit. The streamer said that the team is now apparently winning trophies after another reshuffle.
