NS explained how to easily ruin a pro player's career

Streamer and ex-pro player Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov talked about how a player can easily retire by purposefully picking a bad draft in a decisive match in a major tournament.

He provided this information on a Twitch stream.

“If you want to graciously exit and leave the pro scene, it's super easy. Picking Skywrath Mage and Dazzle as threats in the most important qualifier for TI is enough, lose and leave, nobody will attempt to stop you. No one cares. Everyone is like, ‘Thank goodness!’ It’s easy, no one misses you. It's that simple”

In his opinion, if a pro player did something like that no team would help them as well, and their exit would even be celebrated in the Dota 2 pro community. He added that if such an unfathomably horrible draft and game can result in getting out of a team contract.
