Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov, a streamer and former esports player, urged Valve to stop overloading Dota 2 with new mechanics that are making the game too complicated.
He made this statement during a Twitch stream.
"Dota has been overloaded with mechanics; it's too much now. Stop adding new mechanics and change the patches differently. It's really tedious to deal with. There’s no desire to read or remember these aspects. You log into the game, and you don't care; you don't even want to know what has been changed"
He pointed out that players are losing interest in the overload of facets or new mechanics that have become too numerous. According to the streamer, Valve might risk losing their stable audience with such decisions.
"It's like they're adding things for 12-year-olds who have nothing to do in life. Dota is mainly played by people over 30, who have been playing since the first Dota. They’re already 30 years old; they don't need all this"
It’s worth noting that earlier, Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev made an unexpected proposal to Valve regarding Dota 2.
