NS announced that he will skip The International 2024, citing a reason

Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov has been quoted saying that he would not attend The International event unless he is paid at least 300,000 dollars that’s why he announced in his Twitter account that he will pass the Dota 2 World Championship.

This declaration came as a result of a twitch stream.

“Man! won't go to TI. If they pay me half a million dollars I'll go. Ok even for $300,000 maybe. But they’d not pay so much, less than that. So no more invites; I’m not going anyway if they invite me though. As it stands now, most likely nobody would invite me anymore”

The streamer added that if there was enough money left to complete the payment then this would be possible but he doubts it. Moreover, NS thinks that with his words he is unlikely to be invited to the World Championship.

It should be remembered that previously NS advised not to play on Dota 2 new patch right now due to some strange causes.
