NS accused Valve of greed and stinginess with rewards in Dota 2

Renowned analyst and streamer Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov criticized Dota 2 developers for their greed and stinginess with rewards during one of his live streams. According to NS, Valve should at least provide one key for their Frostivus Treasury.

Is everything alright with Valve? Who is this being done for? Does Valve know that nobody plays their game? How many games does one need to play to receive some chests? And even to open those chests, you need to obtain a key. Valve is so greedy, they could at least give one key for reaching level 10. Just as a starter, so that people can reach it and open one chest.
