Nouns announced that they are disbanding their Dota 2 roster and shutting down their division in this esport. However, they stated that the organization is ready to return if a suitable partner is found.
This announcement was posted on the club's official page on X (Twitter).
"With a heavy heart, we announce our departure from Dota 2. The last two and a half years have been an incredible journey: together, we built a legacy, representing North America at the largest Dota 2 tournaments. From our early days signing 4 Zoomers and competing in TI11 qualifiers in Singapore to back-to-back The International tournaments, stepping out in front of our families and NA Dota fans at TI12 in Seattle will forever be one of the brightest moments of our path"
It’s worth noting that the decision to close the Dota 2 division may have been influenced by the team’s failure to place highly in tournaments.

It’s also possible that the club needs sponsors, as they mentioned they are willing to return with the right partnership.
"Dota 2 demands as much as it rewards, both in terms of competition and commercial viability. Our love for Dota remains unchanged, and with the right partner, we are open to returning to the scene, once again aiming to be North America’s best representatives"
It is currently unknown what the roster members will do next; they may form their own tag or become free agents.
Nouns roster:
Yuma “Yuma” Langlet
Philippe “Copy” Bühler
Nicolas “Gunnar” Lopez
Rodrigo “Lelis” Santos
Tal “Fly” Aizik
Milan “MiLAN” Kozomara (coach)
