Nix stated that Valve's decision destroyed his interest in Dota 2

Alexander "Nix" Levin stated that Valve made Dota 2 easier, which has diminished his interest in the game. However, the streamer does not condemn the developers for this decision.

He discussed this during a Twitch broadcast.

"I don't blame Valve for making Dota 2 easier. It just killed my interest. There are games where I can have more impact myself: VALORANT, CS2. Dota ceased to be that kind of game"

According to Nix, he understands why developers chose to simplify Dota 2, but it has affected his personal interest. The streamer had previously mentioned that if significant changes don't happen in Valve's MOBA, he might stop streaming Dota 2.

Interestingly, Nix previously discussed finding a potentially more engaging game as a replacement, one that he started learning about thanks to advice from a Team Spirit mid player.
