Yegor “Nightfall” Grigorenko said that he plans to continue developing on the Dota 2 pro scene after
Aurora's exit from The International 2025, despite the uncertain future of the team’s roster.
The player made this announcement on YouTube.
“I think there will be changes in many teams after this Int. So it's hard to predict anything. I'll just keep playing Dota and try to win.”
Judging by the player's statement, his future participation in
Aurora is currently in question.
Yegor “Nightfall” Grigorenko also admitted that he felt devastated after the team's elimination from The International 2025, as winning this tournament is the main goal of every Dota 2 player, and the value of such an achievement is much higher than first place in other events.
"The realization came a couple of hours after the defeat. Emotions? I don't know, a kind of emptiness, I would say. Sadness. After all, everyone plays Dota to win The International, and it's one of my main goals too. Aegis, whatever the prize money, will still be more significant in Dota than EWC and other tournaments."
Earlier, Gleb “Kiyotaka” Zyryanov commented on
Aurora's elimination from the tournament and shared his future plans.
