Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, the carry for
BetBoom Team, has followed in the footsteps of Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk by changing his Dota 2 nickname to Saika.
This information was updated on Valve's official site in the team registration section for the Dota Pro Circuit.
It's worth noting that the esports player has taken a similar approach to Raddan (Yatoro), using Valve's reactivated service. The pro player has not yet commented on this change or explained the meaning behind his new Dota 2 nickname.

It’s possible that the new nickname is inspired by the anime My Romantic School Life Was a Failure, As Expected. In this series, there is a character named Saika Totsuka, who earned the nickname "prince" due to his kindness and responsiveness. There’s also a chance that the nickname might be related to Naruto: Shippuden, where there is a song with the same title. Notably, this isn’t the first time Nightfall has changed his nickname in Dota 2; he previously went by epileptick1d.
Earlier, Yatoro (Raddan) revealed the secret behind his new Dota 2 nickname, which could be interpreted as an abbreviation.
