Let's say you are a fan of MOBA games. You love games like Dota 2 and League of Legends. You love these games so much that you have fully integrated them into your lifestyle. You spend all your free time playing or watching them. You are a dedicated student who is mastering the mechanics of the developers. You spend extra money on in-game purchases, and you are attracted to people who play these games too.
So you're a loyal fan and the developers are lucky to have you. I'm sure they take really good care of players like you! Surely you get bonuses, cashback, promo gear or just a positive non-toxic gaming experience with endless enjoyable incentives to keep playing.
WHAT?! NO?! Are you not incentivised in any way? Your commitment and excellent behavior are not rewarded? You spend thousands or even tens of thousands hours playing a game and get nothing from these developers? No wonder toxicity is a problem in MOBAs.
More than 250 million players play various MOBAs, and in 2021 the gaming community has spent more than $6 billion on in-game purchases. On skins that don't even belong to you!

We have already allowed big game developers to cash in on free-to-play games without giving anything in return. And although some players have opportunities, such as becoming streamers, partners or cybersport stars. However, this group of people represents less than 0.1% of the entire gaming community. And many of them don't have the extra incentive or means to earn money comfortably. Moreover, they even have to play 24/7 in order to gather enough fans and earn a living, completely sacrificing a healthy lifestyle. Even under such circumstances, there is absolutely no guarantee of success.

What if playing the game gave you money. What if the game gave 100% of its player base a sellable reward for playing the game. At this point, this is no longer a dream, but a reality.
If you haven't heard of NFT gaming, now is the time to learn about it. It's a live, tried and true idea, and it WORKS. Over the past 10 years, the gaming industry has integrated into the world of cryptocurrency, and it is changing the lives of millions of people.

With growth comes innovation and in fact, the world of cryptocurrency has come up with a way in which everyone has much more freedom to make money using their time and/or talent. This has been achieved with the creation of NFT and, subsequently, NFT games.
So what is an NFT game? Firstly, an NFT game is like a piece of property that the player has earned or created in the game. It is simply a digital representation of time and effort, which is really a globally recognized currency. Thus, an NFT game is a video game that has loot/rewards that are compatible and translatable into the real world as a monetary unit.
As an example, this could be a MOBA in which, for a winning match, the player is rewarded with tokens. These tokens, in turn, are recognised NFTs that can be transferred out of the game, sold, exchanged, converted into local currency or bet to earn interest. The NFT Moba game, League of Ancients, inspired by the likes of Dota 2 and LoL, is currently in development.

It is essentially similar to traditional video games, only now players have a cryptocurrency wallet connected to the game, which is replenished with valuable NFT assets as the user plays. These assets can be sold, exchanged or kept for interest (Staking). Now the aim of the game developers is not to make you spend money impulsively. Their sole and unique goal is for the user to play, attract more players, thereby growing the community.
