New meta of patch 7.40b: best Dota 2 heroes

Valve significantly reworked the Dota 2 meta in patch 7.40b adding several unexpected heroes, including Pangolier.

Pangolier suddenly became the best hero by winrate in patch 7.40b gaining a massive 8.41%. His overall winrate still hasn’t reached 50% but it continues to rise thanks to several buffs in the lettered patch.

Spectre is also showing incredible results in matchmaking, her winrate jumped to 53.57% after the gameplay update.

Clinkz has also significantly improved his position thanks to buffs from the developers, but his winrate may soon drop, as a bug was spotted that allows him to crash losing matches.

Clockwerk has also greatly improved his results gaining 5.37% to his winrate and now winning more than half of his matches.

Lone Druid is gradually stabilizing his effectiveness as well, after receiving changes in the patch and gaining 4.14% in just a few hours.

Recall that Valve also buffed Largo in patch 7.40b making him even stronger.
