Dota 2 may soon launch a new event that resembles Crownfall and Aghanim's Labyrinths — this is indicated by new lines of code discovered in the game after the release of patch 7.39d.
These discoveries were shared by a data miner in the Telegram channel Dota Stepana.
"Regarding the future event like Crownfall:
In addition to Nodes and Paths, a new type of progression has been added — Rooms:
CDOTAOverworldRoom
OverworldRoomID_t
Room %d has an invalid node %d"
Also, the words of Mark "Sikle" Lerman indicate a new event, predicting that players will expect a final boss, progression in the form of rooms, and even a new hero.
"So what awaits us: a compendium, a new event (map icons leaked, progression in the form of rooms), a boss at the end of the event, a new hero"
It is worth noting that in Aghanim's Labyrinths there was also progression in the form of rooms that players had to go through. It is possible that a variation of this system will return in the new event.

Recall that Valve previously gave players the opportunity to get a free arcana in Dota 2.
