Eduard "zverHDD" Ashurkevich stated that
Nemiga Gaming is now actively testing new players for three positions in the lineup, because of which the team is refusing to participate in qualifiers for the upcoming Dota 2 tournaments.
The corresponding statement was released by the manager of
Nemiga Gaming in his personal Telegram channel.
"The time has come, and it's time to talk about the team!
Today I want to share with you information about the current state of affairs. In recent weeks we've been doing intensive testing of players in three positions to find optimal combinations. This is a forced step, dictated by circumstances and the need to improve our game.
This process is not easy and we face many challenges.
However, thanks to the diligence and attitude of some players, we are not giving up and we are ready to try again and again.
Today we discussed the current situation with the players and decided to temporarily focus solely on training. That's why we decided not to participate in online tournaments, including the upcoming qualification for PGL Wallachia."
Nemiga Gaming participated in the closed regional qualifiers for the Riyadh Masters, Elite League Season 2 and The International 2024. However, the team failed to secure a slot at any of the tournaments. The team's only accomplishment this year was winning the RES Regional Series: EU #1.
Current Nemiga Gaming roster
Dmitry "Lukas" Davydov;
Nikita "NickyCool" Ostakhov;
Mihajlo "MikSa" Jovanovic;
Alexander "queezy小个子" Lipin;
Alim "aik" Bespayev.
Recall that earlier Remko "Crystallis" Arets announced his departure from
Team Secret.
