In a historic moment, El Tio Bounty, an accomplished account booster, was able to get 19,175 MMR in Dota 2. This is a new record which surpasses Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk’s record of 16,000 MMR.
A screenshot of this outstanding record was posted on Reddit Dota 2 Community as proof.
The picture suggests that El Tio has achieved a feat no professional Dota 2 player has been able to accomplish. El Tio Bounty is not just a player, he specializes in an account store for MMR Boosting and therefore, it can easily be concluded that no other competitive Dota 2 player has gone beyond this MMR range. Therefore, it is notable that no pro player has crossed the 17,000 MMR threshold.

El Tio Bounty is not a regular player Primarily, and with such high level of MMR, we can expect this account to be catered towards American players. However, it noticeably is absent in the leaderboard. This can only mean one thing — it is the doing or design of an MMR boosting user and this has angered the Dota 2 community.
Unfortuantly we are still in the dark, how El Tio Bounty was able to get that high of MMR and still not get banned by Valve.
Currently, due to an undisclosed update of the game, Dota 2 has stopped counting a number of matches.
