Former
Team Spirit support Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov has expressed his disbelief towards Valve’s decision to strengthen
Broodmother Necrotic Webs facet in patch 7.38, arguing that it upsets the equilibrium of Dota 2.
The two-time world champion has posted his opinions on his Telegram channel.
“Umm, why is the regen reduction not 70/80/90/100?”
Broodmother was previously able to lower the health regeneration of affected enemies by 15/20/25/30%, but with the latest patch, this figure has more than doubled to 10/30/50/70%. This means the character is now capable of shutting down the regeneration skills of nearly any opponent in the game.

Additionally,
Broodmother has become even more potent versus
Morphling, even against the latter without Doom. As previously mentioned, Mira isn’t the sole player stunned by these changes since they greatly hurt Dota 2’s matchmaking balance.
Remember that not long ago bounty hunters upgraded their heroes through patch 7.38 which brought new maps, overhauled existing heroes, and even revamped Roshan and the Tormentor.
