Mira revealed who actually decides which heroes Team Spirit will play

Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov, former support player for Team Spirit, revealed that Ayrat "Silent" Gaziev has the final say during drafts. It is the coach who decides which heroes the players will pick in tournaments, although he is also supported by the team's captain, Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov.

The esports player shared this during a Twitch stream.

"Yarik [Miposhka] was picking almost the entire year of 2023. I was only 'on the button' for one tournament. He was also just clicking hero icons. Miposhka spent the first two years preparing alongside Ayrat. They were always picking together, and they had synergy. Later on, Silent started doing everything solo, and Miposhka was more like a co-pilot during drafts, but not entirely, like half-way. Silent had the final word"

According to Mira, while Miposhka is currently handling drafts, this is only temporary, as Silent holds the full responsibility for hero selections. Silent chooses heroes for the team, though he does consult with Miposhka and the players themselves. The two-time world champion also mentioned that in 2023, Miposhka was responsible for picking, and it's worth highlighting that this was a highly successful year for the team, as they won two of the biggest tournaments and claimed the world champion title for the second time.

It is also worth noting that earlier, Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov admitted to issues with Team Spirit new roster.
