Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov, the former support player of
Team Spirit, stated that he may return to the pro scene after the New Year, sometime in January or February 2025.
The esports player shared this during a Twitch stream.
"Recently, I've been feeling this desire. I just need to grind for about two or three months. I'll be moving soon, setting up a separate office with my computer, and I'll be grinding MMR hard there. From the New Year, I'll see. If someone invites me, I'll play; if not, I'll wait for the next season and keep doing my own things"
The two-time Dota 2 World Champion explained that he plans to actively grind MMR in the next 2-3 months to get back into shape and will consider offers from teams. Based on his words, he does not plan to return to
Team Spirit.
Moreover, if the offers don't suit him or if no teams are interested in signing him, he will take a break from the pro scene until the next Dota 2 season.
Recall that Mira previously shocked the community with a statement about the unexpected defeat of Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk by LenaGolovach at a tournament.
