Mini patch and the new treasure chest in Dota 2

Valve released a mini-patch for Dota 2 which added a new ability for the Ability Draft mode, improved skill descriptions, and also introduced the new Collector’s Cache for The International 10.
The International 10 Collector’s Cache contains 18 new sets that won the vote. In addition, users who open the treasure will receive up to 36 levels for Battle Pass 2020.
List of changes:
- Added The International 10 Collector’s Cache.
- Added Doom's devour to ability draft. Devour will only acquire the passive abilities that the creep possessed. If Rearm is drafted and cast, devour's cooldown will not be reset.
- Added more descriptive tooltips for modifiers from some neutral creeps.
- Possibly removed comments feature on finished games.
